We want you to be happy with your investment and the hair growth process varies with each person.  So, we ask that you give the products at least 90-days to work. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase excluding shipping, taxes and return handling fees.

Please email us at and include your order number within 60 days of your purchase.  Once the return order is received and inspected, we will email return instructions and mailing information. Refunds will ONLY be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt, excluding an $7.00 fee for handling charges. Orders typically ship 48-72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.  Once an order is submitted, modifications are not permitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations.  Additionally, during major holidays, processing times could take between 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.  We DO NOT currently ship products to PO BOX.
